The Support Network for Athletes of Pacific Islands (SNAP) Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to expanding access and opportunity for Pacific Island women and other underrepresented female athletes.

To expand educational and athletic opportunities for Pacific Island women and other underrepresented female athletes by helping reduce financial barriers, strengthen access to higher education, and create pathways for growth through flag football.
